Our people and experience

HOW WE CAN HELP

Support shaped
around your needs.

Each engagement starts with your circumstances. Scope and arrangements are agreed around the risks and priorities involved.

01

Private residences

Assess surveillance concerns in a home or private setting, with scope agreed around the rooms, access arrangements and circumstances involved. Discretion and the client’s privacy guide the engagement.

02

Offices and boardrooms

Support the protection of confidential conversations and business information. An assessment can be considered ahead of sensitive meetings or when occupancy, access or security arrangements change.

03

Vehicles

Include relevant vehicles within an agreed technical security assessment where personal movements or private conversations give rise to concerns.

04

Practical mitigation

Consider findings alongside physical access, routines and existing security measures. Recommendations help address identified vulnerabilities and support a broader approach to information protection.

OUR APPROACH

A clear way forward.

01

Scope

Discuss the concern, environment and areas to be assessed.

02

Inspect

Carry out the agreed technical inspection and physical search.

03

Advise

Explain findings and proportionate measures to reduce exposure.

YOUR QUESTIONS

Before we
begin.

What does TSCM mean?

TSCM stands for Technical Surveillance Countermeasures. It involves assessing environments for covert surveillance risks, including concealed listening devices and cameras.

When might an assessment be appropriate?

Examples include a specific surveillance concern, a change of occupancy or preparations for a sensitive meeting. We discuss the circumstances to agree an appropriate assessment.

Can a sweep guarantee that an environment is free from surveillance?

No assessment can guarantee that every surveillance threat is absent or prevent a device from being introduced later. Findings relate to the agreed scope and conditions at the time; access control and ongoing security practices also matter.
